Auflösung von Ambiguitäten bei der HLA-Klasse I-Typisierung mittels Sequenzanalyse
HLA typing is very important for HLA matching concerning hematopoietic stem cell transplantation which often is the only method to cure hematological diseases like for example leukemia. The more HLA mismatches there are between donor and recipient the worse is the outcome after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. In the last years more and more alleles have been detected. With the number of new alleles also the number of ambiguities rises. In this thesis 7 new pcr-primers were created for sequence based typing to reduce the high number of ambiguities. This should improve donor-recipient-matching before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and lead to better transplantation results.
