Zusammenfassung
This work presents an overall concept to perform powershifts with a prototype dual-clutch transmission for heavy-duty-trucks. The dynamic models for the powertrain and the clutches are presented and analyzed. Based on those models a cascaded control structure is developed, with the powertrain control (PC) in the outer loop and the clutch position controls (CC) in the inner loops. For the CC two degrees of freedom control structures are applied, which consist of a flatness based feedforward control and a stabilizing feedback control. Both the feedforward and the feedback controls are adapted online, without the need of any manual tuning. The PC consists of a time-discrete model-predictive control,
in which the control series is approximated by a set of Laguerre-functions. The PC computes the trajectories for the CC during the powershifts. Due to the special structure of the PC, the prediction and the time-derivatives of those trajectories are directly the solution of the PC. The prediction of the trajectories is used for the compensation of the input time-delay by the CC. Based on measurements on a test rig, it is shown that the proposed control has a high accuracy during the powershifts. - e-ISBN 978-3-941543-11-9
